HOW TO REGISTER

To register for the conference , please click on “REGISTER” button in this website. You will be directed to a secure registration form that you need to complete and SUBMIT. Please note that your registration is not recorded until you complete and submit the form.

Please note that you only need to register once, should you wish to make any changes to your registration please send an email to [email protected] and they will action the changes for you.

You will receive an invoice from XL Millennium on the completion of your registration. Please ensure that payment is made into the correct bank account and using the reference number provided.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Delegates can attend the full 3 day Congress or opt to attend only the day(s) of their choice. If the delegate cancels their registration, the following cancellation policy applies:

  • Cancellations up until 14 July 2019 will receive a 50% refund.
  • No refund will be granted for cancellations after 15 July 2019.
Any changes required in  attendance should be directed in writing to the Congress Organisers on [email protected]
Refunds for accommodation, transfers, tours etc. will be reimbursed at the cancellation rate above.
Refunds will only be done AFTER the Congress has ended.
